Originally published in a deluxe edition (Toronto : Lyricalmyrical Press, 2007, ISBN 9781897275436). This is NOT the deluxe edition. This is a smaller special variant [2007?]. 

Handmade by Luciano Iacobelli under his LyricalMyrical Press imprint. Autographed by Roberto Marra and initialed by Luciano Iacobelli. Recycled grey boards (with some resultant wear) with blue cloth spine. Number 7 of 10 made. Provenance: received directly from Luciano Iacobelli.
